Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations and ensure accurate data processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling system tasks, maintaining records, and supporting smooth office and technical operations.

Responsibilities:
– Operate computer systems and ensure smooth daily operations.
– Perform data entry, data processing, and record maintenance.
– Monitor system performance and report technical issues when required.
– Manage files, documents, and backups efficiently.
– Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation.
– Assist other departments with computer-related tasks.
– Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
– Follow company procedures and operational guidelines.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Applications or a related field.
– 0–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.
– Knowledge of computer fundamentals and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic office software.
– Good typing speed and accuracy.
– Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Applications or a related field.
– Prior experience in computer operations or data entry (preferred).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
