Job Overview:
Kody Technolab Ltd. is looking for a qualified Company Secretary to ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing legal documentation, conducting board meetings, and maintaining corporate governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage ROC filings and maintain statutory records
Organize and conduct board meetings, AGMs, and EGMs
Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes of meetings
Draft resolutions, agreements, and legal documents
Maintain statutory registers and company records
Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
Monitor compliance and handle legal documentation
Advise management on corporate governance practices
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Companies Act and SEBI regulations
Experience in compliance management and legal documentation
Familiarity with MCA portal and ROC filings
Excellent drafting and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Company Secretary
Strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance
