Title: Civil Site Supervisor
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate site operations, manage workers, and support timely project completion.
Role & Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers
Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage at site
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site discipline
Check quality of workmanship and materials used
Assist engineers with measurements, billing, and quantity verification
Identify and report site issues or delays to the project engineer
Support inspections and audits at the construction site
Education / Certification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Site supervision or safety certifications are an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts
Experience in supervising residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of basic safety practices and quality standards
Good communication and team coordination skills
Ability to manage labor and subcontractors effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
