Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships in the banking and insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in banking or insurance sales.
Prior experience in CSA (Customer Service Associate) sales is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a field sales role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
