Job Description:
Moon Technolabs is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business,
Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity
for fresh graduates who want to start their career in business development, client acquisition
, and relationship management within the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, and other communication platforms
Organize and attend meetings to present company offerings
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to align on service offerings and client needs
Prepare sales proposals, documentation, and reports
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Update and manage data in CRM software
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
BE/BTech in any discipline (mandatory)
MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and client management
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
