Job Overview:
Kody Technolab Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Prepare BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Support project planning and execution
Analyze data and generate actionable insights
Ensure timely delivery of project requirements
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirement gathering
Experience with documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS)
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of SDLC and process modeling (UML, BPMN)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong communication and analytical skills
