We are hiring Back-Office Executives to support the admissions process by handling data management, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage student admission records and update databases
Handle documentation, verification, and application processing
Coordinate with counselors and admission teams for smooth operations
Assist in generating reports and maintaining accuracy in records
Skills Required:
Data Management: Proficiency in handling admission records and databases.
Documentation & Accuracy: Strong attention to detail for processing applications.
Coordination Skills: Ability to work with counselors and teams for admissions.
Communication: Basic verbal and written skills for internal coordination.
MS Office & CRM Knowledge: Experience with Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
