Overview
Fayda Finserv Pvt. Ltd. is hiring detail-oriented Back Office Executives to support daily operational, documentation, and coordination activities within the finance and investment operations team.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle back-office operations related to finance and investments
Maintain client records, documentation, and data accuracy
Assist in transaction processing, entries, and reconciliations
Prepare reports, statements, and MIS as required
Support front-office, research, and operations teams
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain confidentiality of client and financial data
Assist in audit and compliance documentation
Perform additional operational tasks as assigned

Education / Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance
CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred

Knowledge / Skills
Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with deadlines and structured processes
