Job Description:
JINAY SHAH is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and support back-office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling data entry, and ensuring smooth administrative accounting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and entries
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment records
Perform data entry and document management
Prepare reports and maintain financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliation and voucher verification
Maintain stock and purchase records
Assist with GST and tax-related documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting updates
Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
Required Skills:

Knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like Tally
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Time management
Eligibility:

Graduate
