Job Description:
Garima Tex Fab is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to support financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records
• Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance
• Maintain ledgers and accounting documentation
• Prepare financial reports and support monthly closing activities
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
Required Skills:
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• GST and TDS Knowledge
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation
• MS Excel & MS Office
• Financial Reporting
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Relevant Field Preferred
• Freshers Can Apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally is preferred
