Job Responsibilities
Assist in client consultation and requirement analysis
Provide accurate information about company services
Handle client documentation and file processing
Coordinate with internal teams for case progress
Maintain client records and data entry
Follow up with clients regarding applications and updates
Support senior consultants in daily operations
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Required Skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Basic knowledge of documentation processes
