Title: Account Executive
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and compliance support. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
Handle sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with vendors and customers for payments and follow-ups
Support monthly and yearly closing of accounts
Maintain accounting records and proper documentation
Assist auditors and management with financial data and reports
Education / Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
Knowledge / Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Basic understanding of GST and taxation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
