Job Description:

Delta Industries is looking for an Accountant Backoffice Executive to manage accounting records, billing activities, and daily back-office operations. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, basic computer skills, and the ability to maintain records accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping records
• Handle invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Perform data entry and maintain financial documentation
• Manage GST, taxation, and bank reconciliation activities
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and account statements
• Support back-office and administrative operations
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain confidential financial records and files
• Ensure accuracy and smooth office workflow

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Experience with Tally, GST, and accounting software
• Ability to manage invoices and billing records
• MS Excel and computer proficiency
• Data entry and documentation management abilities
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Time management and organizational skills

Eligibility Criteria:
• B.Com or higher qualification preferred
