Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals)
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies
Track sales pipeline, targets, and revenue forecasts
Mentor and guide junior business development team members

Strong experience in B2B sales and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Prior experience in IT services / software development sales preferred
