TERAHERTZ WELLNESS GALLERY is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily back office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain records, files, and office documents accurately.
Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents.
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies and assist in inventory management.
Verify documents and ensure accurate record keeping.
Support management with day-to-day operational activities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
