Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
• Achieve sales targets for deposits, loans, insurance, and other financial products
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
• Generate leads through referrals and networking activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow banking policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
