About the Role
Shashwat IVF and Women’s Hospital is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage appointments, patient registrations, and maintain accurate records.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with hospital departments.
Handle billing support, documentation, and other front office administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Required Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Experience in reception management, visitor handling, and telephone etiquette.
Ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and perform administrative tasks.
Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive.
Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a healthcare environment and coordinate effectively with patients and staff.
