Pravin Ratilal Share and Stock Brokers Ltd is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of computer hardware and software, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity and system performance.
Install operating systems, software updates, and security patches.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and assets.
Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus protection.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement.
Assist in implementing IT policies and security standards.
