Job Description
Abhinandan is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records.
Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
Prepare reports using MS Office applications.
Manage emails and basic internet-related tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain customer and vendor records.
Assist in preparing invoices and administrative documents.
Ensure timely completion of assigned back-office tasks.
Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company records and information.
