Key Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients and understand their financial needs.
Recommend suitable insurance and financial planning solutions.
Generate new leads through networking and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings and financial planning presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Provide after-sales support and policy servicing.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Stay updated with insurance products and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
