Job Description
Pravin Ratilal Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application problems.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches.
Configure and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
Perform regular data backups and assist in system recovery.
Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC services.
Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and user requests.

Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Good communication and customer support skills.
Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently.
