Job Description
K9HR Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM records.
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination.
Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as assigned.
