Job Description:
K&Z FMPL is looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledger accounts
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting documentation
• Update accounting records using Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments when required
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations

• GST, TDS, and Taxation Knowledge
• Tally ERP and Accounting Software Proficiency
• Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Management
• MS Excel and Financial Reporting

Eligibility:
• B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate Preferred
• 1 to 2 Years of Experience
• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail required
