Job Description:
Kalapurnam Institute is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Tele-Marketer. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting educational programs, and assisting prospective students through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
• Explain courses, programs, and admission processes
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
• Follow up with interested candidates and parents
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets
• Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team
• Maintain a positive relationship with prospective students
• Ensure excellent customer service during every interaction
