Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update daily records and documents
• Perform data entry and manage company databases
• Handle filing, documentation, and record keeping
• Assist with billing and invoice preparation
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word
• Respond to emails and manage office correspondence
• Maintain office files and administrative records
• Support day-to-day back office operations
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
