Job Description:
Amnex Infotechnologies is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct requirement workshops, client meetings, and gap analysis
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories
• Collaborate with product, development, QA, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate implemented solutions
• Track project progress and ensure business objectives are achieved
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Related Field Preferred
• 8+ Years of Experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required
