Job Description:
Techerudite is looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to ensure software quality through automated testing and process improvements. The candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, testing tools, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain test automation frameworks
• Develop and execute automated test scripts
• Perform API, functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, track, and resolve software defects
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Review test cases and improve testing processes
• Mentor and guide QA team members
• Prepare quality reports and documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases
Required Skills:
• Test Automation Framework Development
• Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Automation
• API Testing and Automation
• Manual Testing and Test Case Design
• CI/CD Tools and Integration
• Bug Tracking and Defect Management
• Programming Languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
Eligibility:
• Graduate in IT / Computer Science Preferred
• 4 to 5 Years of Experience
• Strong QA automation and leadership skills required
