Cord4 Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Caller to generate leads, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Explain products and services to customers effectively
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Prepare reports and maintain sales documentation
