Job Overview
SPEC INDIA is looking for an Associate Project Lead (Java) to lead Java development projects, manage technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The role involves backend development, project coordination, code review, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Java development projects
Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders
Design and develop scalable Java applications
Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture
Review code and ensure coding standards are followed
Handle project planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage backend systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance
Communicate with clients for requirement gathering and updates
Ensure project quality and timely execution
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java
Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture
Team handling and project coordination skills
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
Experience in backend development and RESTful APIs
Database management skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Ability to review code and maintain coding standards
Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
Leadership and decision-making skills
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree
10 to 12 years of experience in Java development and project leadership
