CHEM FIND INTERNATIONAL is looking for a Purchase / Sourcing Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and sourcing operations. The role involves handling quotations, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing and sourcing activities
Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain vendor relationships and follow-up processes
Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities
Required Skills
Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing processes
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Strong communication and coordination ability
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
Attention to detail and documentation handling
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates preferred
MBA / M.Com / B.Sc Graduation
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
