SpryBit is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to bridge the gap between clients and technical teams by understanding requirements and proposing effective solutions. The role involves client interaction, solution design, and supporting the sales process.
Job Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and business needs
• Conduct product demos and client presentations
• Prepare proposals, estimations, and solution documents
• Support sales team in closing deals
• Work closely with technical teams for solution design
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare documentation
• Manage client communication and follow-ups
• Maintain records using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Stay updated with market trends and technologies
Required Skills
• Strong experience in pre-sales or solution consulting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and technologies
• Experience in proposal writing and requirement analysis
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Client handling and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting
• Experience in IT services industry preferred
