Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Analyze data using Google Analytics and generate insights
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing spend
• Work on audience targeting and keyword strategies
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
• Prepare reports and present performance insights
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising
• Expertise in campaign optimization and performance tracking
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models
