Job Overview
URON OMS LLP is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials. The role involves handling purchasing processes and maintaining cost-effective sourcing.
Job Responsibilities
• Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO)
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
• Prepare procurement reports and data analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, warehouse, sales)
• Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in vendor management and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with ERP tools like SAP or Tally
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 1 to 5 years of experience in purchase or procurement
• Basic computer knowledge required
