Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and understand their requirements
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Provide information about courses and programs
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries
• Maintain records of calls and student data
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Support marketing and admin activities
