Excellent Webworld is looking for an experienced Android + Flutter Tech Lead to lead mobile app development projects and manage a team of developers. The role involves building scalable mobile applications, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead mobile development projects for Android and Flutter
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and native Android
• Write clean and efficient code using Dart and Java/Kotlin
• Design scalable and maintainable app architectures
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experience
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor and guide development team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA)
• Manage deployment to Play Store and App Store
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Android and Flutter development
• Proficiency in Dart, Java, or Kotlin
• Understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with Firebase and API integration
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with Git and version control
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in mobile app development
• Experience in leading development teams
