Job Overview
SOLAR HOSPITAL is looking for a knowledgeable Cashless & PMJAY Executive to manage insurance processes and government health scheme coordination. The role involves handling cashless claims, documentation, and ensuring smooth patient admission and discharge under insurance and PMJAY schemes.

Job Responsibilities
• Handle cashless insurance processes and claim approvals
• Manage documentation for pre-authorization and claims
• Work on PMJAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana) processes and guidelines
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy details
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs
• Assist patients with insurance-related queries
• Ensure smooth admission and discharge procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Coordinate with billing and hospital staff

Required Skills
• Knowledge of health insurance and TPA processes
• Understanding of PMJAY scheme and cashless procedures
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital insurance or billing
• Relevant experience in cashless or PMJAY processes preferred
• Basic computer knowledge required
