Job Overview
Sapna Buildcon is looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer (Interior) to develop high-quality 3D visualizations for residential and commercial interior projects. The role involves close coordination with design and execution teams.
Job Responsibilities
Create detailed 3D models and realistic interior renderings
Convert 2D drawings and concepts into 3D designs
Prepare interior layouts, furniture modeling, and space planning
Work on lighting, textures, materials, and rendering quality
Handle client revisions and design modifications
Coordinate with interior designers and project teams
Prepare presentation visuals and walkthroughs if required
Ensure designs align with project requirements and timelines
Required Skills
3D modeling and interior visualization
Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
Rendering tools such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion
Strong sense of interior design, color, and materials
AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)
Creativity and attention to detail
Time management and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification in Interior Design
More than 2 years of experience as a 3D Interior Designer
Experience in residential or commercial interior projects
