Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide information about projects and services
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Assist in converting leads into sales opportunities
Maintain a database of customer interactions
Coordinate with the sales team for lead management
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Clear and confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
