Rays TechServ is seeking a motivated and target-driven Cold Calling Executive to generate leads and support business growth through outbound calling. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
Present and pitch company products/services effectively
Handle customer objections and follow-up on leads
Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in CRM/Excel
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with sales teams for lead conversion
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
Experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales
Lead generation and follow-up abilities
Good listening and objection-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate qualification
2+ years of experience in cold calling or telecalling
Proven ability to meet or exceed calling targets
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
