Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase / Sourcing Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of quality materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, negotiation, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Eligibility: MBA / M.Com / B.Sc (Graduation or Post Graduation)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Freshers can apply – as per interview)

Key Responsibilities
Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
Create and manage purchase orders
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure quality standards and compliance
Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams

Required Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes
Analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
