Job Overview
ABHINANDAN is looking for Back Office, Sales Executive, and HR Executive candidates to support daily office operations, sales coordination, and basic HR activities. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers with basic computer and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Back Office Responsibilities

Data entry and maintenance of office records
Handling emails, files, and documentation
Preparing basic reports, invoices, and MIS
Coordinating with internal departments
Sales Executive Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
Supporting sales activities and order processing
Preparing quotations and sales reports
Coordinating with clients and sales teams
HR Responsibilities (Basic)

Maintaining employee records and files
Attendance and leave tracking
Supporting recruitment activities and interview coordination
Assisting with basic HR documentation and onboarding
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
Good communication and coordination skills
Data handling and documentation ability
Basic understanding of sales or HR processes
Multitasking and time-management skills
Professional attitude and confidentiality
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass or above
1–3 years experience or Freshers can apply
