Job Overview
EAlphabits is looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales & Marketing Intern who is willing to work on-ground and gain hands-on experience in field sales, customer engagement, and local marketing activities. This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy meeting people and working in real market environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to promote company products/services.
Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.
Generate and qualify leads through on-ground activities.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
Collect customer feedback and market insights.
Maintain daily field activity and lead reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for follow-ups.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Confidence in approaching and interacting with customers.
Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, BBM, or BA (Marketing).
Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Two-wheeler and smartphone knowledge is a plus (if required).
