Title: Data Entry Operator

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The candidate will be responsible for managing large amounts of information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in data management.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in company databases and systems
Verify data accuracy and correct any errors
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Review data for completeness and accuracy
Generate reports based on entered data when required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinate with other departments to collect required data
Ensure proper documentation and record management

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field
Basic computer knowledge is required

Required Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic communication skills
