Job Overview
Shaip Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to support and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will help streamline operations, manage CRM data, and provide insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate data and reporting
Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support sales and marketing teams with pipeline tracking and forecasting
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Improve and automate revenue-related workflows and processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and customer success operations
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across revenue platforms
Assist in implementing tools and strategies to improve revenue performance
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
