Job Description
Shaip Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors while ensuring cost-effective procurement and strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source new vendors and suppliers based on business requirements
Evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing, and quality standards
Maintain and update vendor databases and records
Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
Ensure vendors comply with company policies and quality standards
Conduct market research to find competitive suppliers
Manage RFQ/RFP processes and compare vendor quotations
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
