Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Communicate with candidates regarding job roles and company details
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Coordinate offer rollout and onboarding process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills
Talent sourcing and recruitment
Resume screening and candidate evaluation
Interview coordination
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Time management and organizational skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1+ year experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
