Job Summary
Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, maximizing product value, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and adoption
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn
Proactively identify customer issues and coordinate resolutions
Handle escalations and ensure timely closure
Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Track customer health metrics and prepare reports
Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams
Required Skills
Strong customer relationship and account management skills
Experience in customer onboarding and lifecycle management
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Problem-solving and escalation handling skills
Knowledge of CRM and customer success tools
Analytical mindset with reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management
Strong client-handling and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
