Title: Senior Application Engineer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Application Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support software applications or technical solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves advanced problem-solving, client interaction, system integration, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop application solutions based on client or business requirements
Analyze technical specifications and provide optimal system solutions
Lead application implementation and integration projects
Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimization
Prepare technical documentation and solution architecture
Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members
Ensure compliance with security, quality, and coding standards
Participate in client meetings and provide technical presentations when required
Education / Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
Relevant technical certifications preferred
Required Skills
Strong experience in application development and system integration
Expertise in relevant programming languages or technologies (based on industry)
Good understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and client-handling abilities
Experience with version control systems and project management tools
Ability to lead projects and manage technical teams
