Job Summary
The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and delivering timely user support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and standard software
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
Support LAN/WAN connectivity, TCP/IP configuration, and basic networking tasks
Assist users with application-related issues and system access
Perform routine system maintenance and updates
Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for advanced technical issues
Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Good understanding of Windows OS and common office applications
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN
Ability to handle user queries professionally and patiently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (IT or Computer-related qualification preferred)
Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk role
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking concepts
Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Preferred
Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk role
Familiarity with antivirus tools and basic security practices
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
