Job Summary
Amnex Infotechnologies is looking for an experienced NOC Head to lead and manage Network Operations Center activities. The role involves ensuring 24×7 network availability, managing incidents, leading the NOC team, and maintaining high service levels across IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage NOC operations and team performance
Ensure 24×7 monitoring of network and system infrastructure
Handle incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis
Maintain SLA compliance and service availability
Oversee network performance, uptime, and capacity planning
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors
Implement monitoring tools, processes, and best practices
Manage change, problem, and incident management processes
Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics
Ensure security monitoring and compliance standards

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of network operations and infrastructure
Experience with LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, firewalls, and servers
Expertise in NOC monitoring tools and dashboards
Leadership and team management skills
Incident and escalation management experience
Understanding of ITIL and service management processes
Vendor and ISP coordination skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
